Colona House HUD Subsidized Apartments in East Moline, IL
Colona House offers its new residents a clean one-bedroom home. Amenities include a kitchen area, living room, and private bathroom. Shower and tub combinations are in each bathroom. Garbage removal is located on each floor. Each unit is approximately 580 sq. feet in size. Handicapped parking is available for residents' convenience. Small pets are welcome! We also have a fitness center, a kitchen area, living room, barbershop, outdoor garden, an extensive library, a game room, and more. We are a HUD Subsidized complex that is open to residents 62 years of age or older and the disabled and located in the Quad Cities area.
