Colona House is a privately-owned HUD Subsidized Section 8 facility. We are an independent living apartment complex with our residency open to citizens 62 years of age or disabled.
Annual Income Limits:
Single: $34,500/year
Couples: $39,450/year
Rent is calculated at 30% of Income
Income Includes:
Social Security
Pension
Disability Compensation
Interest Earned on Assets
(Savings Accounts, CD's, etc.)
