Colona House, East Moline, IL - follows HUD Subsidized Housing Guidelines.

Colona House is a privately-owned HUD Subsidized Section 8 facility. We are an independent living apartment complex with our residency open to citizens 62 years of age or the disabled.

Annual Income Limits: Single: $34,500/year or Couples: $39,450/year Rent is calculated at 30% of Income

Income Includes Social Security, Pension, Disability Compensation, Interest Earned on Assets, and (Savings Accounts, CD's, etc.).
